BAC Beginners Course

The Bristol Armoured Combat (BAC) Beginners Course is returning in August 2026! Our beginners course runs from 1400 until 1800 hours Sunday 2nd August 2026. This covers all the basics of getting into the sport, safety, equipment, striking, moving and grappling.

To book your space,  please complete this Google form - BAC August Registration Form . You can contact us via the website, our facebook page, our instagram page or you can email bristolarmouredcombat@gmail.com. The price is £50 for the course, this includes all Bohurt equipment needed, and your training subs for the rest of August, allowing you to get stuck in with the rest of the team training. All you need to bring is water, a groin guard and yourselves! There are only a limited number of slots for the course so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Once you have completed the form, we will be in contact with further information to get you ready for your beginners course.

Once you have completed this course you can join us for our regular training sessions on a Wednesday (1900 until 2100 hours) and (most) Sundays (1800 until 2000 hours). You’ll be added to the WhatsApp group, introduced to all the other fighters and take your Bohurt journey to the next step.

Due to tournament season being in full swing, our next beginners course will likely not be until October so please sign up early to avoid disappointment.
